Csonka who envisioned the leadership and necessary skills to build a high tech industry service company. With our primary focus on Managing IT Services for Businesses specializing in Healthcare, Legal, Retail, Hospitality, Distribution and Manufacturing we've perfected the process of IT management for businesses. For those of you who currently have an IT Provider which just isn't delivering to your expectations, it's an all too common problem.
Typically our customers need help with some of the following: PC or Mac installation and configuration, printer setup and configuration, antivirus and antispyware protection, DSL installation or high speed cable installed for high speed internet and a wireless network setup with security for their laptop or MacBook.
It can happen in an instant! You were probably browsing a well known website or maybe opened an email from a known friend and BAM your computer is now infected with a Virus. Once your computer is infected with a virus our technicians have to determine if your computer can be cleaned of the nasty infection or if it's necessary to reinstall the operating system and start from scratch.

PCLT has been our IT company for close to 10 years. They have done an excellent job keeping us up and operating for those 10 years and they are incredibly responsive when problems do occur. Their founder, JC and their two senior techs, Julius and John have incredible knowledge and computer skills and we always turn to them for resolutions of complex issues. I think the fact that we have been with them for 10 years and grown with them and their help, speaks volumes of our satisfaction with them.

Our company has been working with PC Lan Techs for several years and like all companies you'll have frustrating moments but overall this is a great company with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I literally just had an issue and turn around time was great and issue resolved quickly. You see bad reviews everyday and not positive so thought I would put it out there to be known... PC Lan Tech is a great IT company you'll be happy to have.

Do not go here for phone repairs. I took mine in to get the usb port replaced and they ended up cracking the screen. They offered to fix it for free but they delayed it for months. I cannot count the amount of times they called or emailed me to say they were ready to fix it, just to go in store and be told there was another problem. I've dropped the phone off maybe 3 times now, left it all day and on collecting it, found they couldn't get it done that day for one reason or another.
