Horrible experience DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They went back on their word and refused to accept credit card they originally agreed upon. Held my trailer hostage. Owner JR refused to talk to me had his office lady tell me he changed his mind about credit card. Blocked phone number so did not receive my phone calls in the evening. Called Sherriff to enter complaint and help with situation and was told we were not the first or second company to call with this matter. However they can not make them accept credit card. When we finally got payment to them it was a little bit more than the estimate due

After the service company that my insurance company lined up flaked on me, I called BiggBoyStatus to to my truck. They showed up in less than 30 minutes and got me taken care of! Tyler was very professional and helpful! If I'm ever unfortunate enough to need another tow, I'll be calling BiggBoyStatus.

Truck broke down on I10, all 6 of us stranded. Called BiggBoy, not only did they arrive within 30 minutes, they arranged and paid for a taxi to take us home. (Added to our bill of course)
Tow guy was awesome!
The price including taxi was 1/2 what I thought it would be.

I was stranded at the LA MS state line with a flat tire. I called BiggBoy and they were there within 20 mins and had my tire changed in 15 mins for 125.00. Very reasonable and very nice and courteous. If you ever have a problem in this area please give them a call.

Vehicle was running hot and leaking antifreeze. I called them and less than 40 minutes later we were on the road headed to an auto body shop. Jason was extremely professional, kind and understanding. Couldn’t have asked for a better driver.

I can tell u they know what there doing for sure wife drove halfway off bridge i was sure we was losing sons truck but we didn't thanks to big boy status good family nice and was quick to tell me it isn't going off bridge cool dude met him and his wife before and he got it and well worth it gotta say thank u to u and your wife kid great job son made it football practice and work next day truck is fine look at pictures

Oh My Gosh !! Thank you Tyler!! My friends and I had been in New Orleans for a couple of days and decided to rent a car a drive down to Alabama and Biloxi MS. Our flight left at 4:00 in the afternoon so it was going to be a little quick trip and back again and catch our flight, except for our flat tire on the way back. My sister-in-law and I were driving to Orange Beach from Louisiana when we decided to stop at the first rest stop in Mississippi. When we were exiting the rest stop we were involved in and accident (I was the driver). Neither one of us was injured and neither the two people in the car that hit us, but my front tire on the driver's side was bent and my car was not driveable. The city police called the next tow service on the list. While waiting for the tow truck to arrive I was thanking God for none of us being hurt in the accident and asking my guardian angel to take care of us from here
