A little history about us, The Martin boys grew up on the banks of Stoney Creek in the quiet little town of Windsor Indiana. Our family spent most of our idle time in the outdoors and as kids one of our favorite past times were climbing, swinging, and playing in the trees. Our father took care of fruit trees for a small orchard in Selma Indiana and also trimmed trees as a small side business and as kids we were always taken along to help out.
We climbed the fruit trees to help harvest the apples, pears, and cherries from the orchard and of course help clean up when our father sprayed and trimmed trees. We burned firewood as our primary heat source growing up so we learned early how to safely use chainsaws and fell trees. This tradition lives on today only now we use the latest safety equipment and machinery available along with years of experience to remove any tree.

We would much rather save a tree if at all possible than cut it down, but sometimes nature leaves us with no other choice but to remove them. We work with commercial property managers around the area to provide quality tree care at a reasonable price. By the nature of the business many of our projects are single instance of a tree removal and cleanup however we prefer to build long term relationships with a focus and goal of 100% customer satisfaction.
Martin Tree Service partners with local cities, towns, parks, golf courses and home owners associations to remove unsightly or hazardous trees, clean up, treat, trim, and prune existing trees to help beautify your site. Martin Tree Service partners with local utility companies and street departments to remove trees that are encroaching on public easements and utilities.
Martin Tree Service owns and operates our own independent 21 ton crane. This crane allows us to remove extremely hazardous trees that may be to dangerous to fell or even climb and remove the traditional way. Using this crane we can typically remove hazardous trees faster and cheaper than the other companies that can only climb and lower them in sections.

I had an excellent experience with the crew from Martin Tree Service today. They removed three 20 year old ash trees and two pines. Their process is the most efficient process I have ever witnessed for a tree company. Only three men. One ran the boom truck, one to attach the huge limbs and trunks to the boom and one to put the limbs and branches into the chipper. It was pretty amazing. They cleaned everything up and left me with absolutely no mess. Ben and his crew were very polite, easy to work with and treated my property as if it was their own. I would definitely hire them again.

I had a large tree come down and concerns about another 3 or 4 on the property. Ben got me a quote quickly, within a day or so. Had guys on site 3 days after I accepted the quote, and even spent more than an hour talking with me about the other trees of concern, visually checking their health and giving me tips on what to watch out for. He got the area cleaned up real well once they were all done to boot. Barely had any sticks to pick up. His crew left my property in better shape than they found it in that's for sure.

Incredible service! Our cat had been trapped in a tree all night and they arrived promptly in the morning to rescue him. They handled the situation with such care and thoughtfulness, and were very friendly. We would definitely recommend hiring them for your tree (or pet) needs. We hired them to return and care for our trees.

Same-day service and incredibly professional. After my call went to a full voicemail box (I'm sure from all the calls after a very windy storm) I was resigned to move on to my second choice but not five minutes later Martin called back and was not only incredibly kind and courteous but fit me in to his schedule while working with mine. They removed the fallen tree from my yard in a matter of minutes and left it looking great. Great company and great service. Make them your first call.

My beautiful River Birch was struck by wind during a thunder storm and the middle trunk wss broken and had fallen onto the driveway and over my neighbor's fence. Mr. Martin was able to adjust his schedule and attend to the tree so that I could get out and get to work. He and his technician were excellent, polite and so was their clean up. I highly recommend their services.
