Jeff Neal has been coming to my elderly dad's house for years, and has been very understanding with the changes in the household over time as my dad was diagnosed with dementia and could no longer maintain his 200-year old home as well as he had in the past. Jeff is a kind and thoughtful man, and has been very willing to work with my dad‘s… decreased abilities.
