If you have a home warranty and they assign this company to you, request another contractor instead. It's been 4 weeks since they came and diagnosed the issue. They were to order a board and a capacitor to be replaced. Technician stated it would be around 7 to 10 business days before they would be back out. 2 weeks later and no response. I call them on the 10th business day and the lady stated that I am on their list and they will call me before end of day. It was 4 pm and they closed at 5. I knew they weren't going to call but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. So much that I gave

I have a home warranty program that sent this company out to fix my garage. It took them 2 weeks to get the job done and would have been longer had I not kept calling. I felt like I was not a priority and would have been treated different if I was laying out of pocket vs using home warranty. They came out on a Tuesday around noon to look at garage after we told them model number & all info. The guy said he would go to shop and see if they had the part or order one. We never heard anything back. I had to call them the next day just to find out they hadn't even ordered the part yet. They

A.brown...i had a horrible experience with this company by way of my warranty company....i placed a work order on 12/ 10/14 for my garage door to repaired...so on the next day d&g arrived at my home...upon arrival the d&g employee had a very distant and impersonal disposition about him..like he didn't want to be at my home...i told him about the problem i was having...he replaced the wall remote in the garage and without testing it...just got my debit card number and gave me the receipt and left....the next morning the garage was still not working so i called the company back and

I had the missfortune to come into contact with this company thru my home warranty company. Horrible service. The technitian seamed to be upset, letting pieces of the garage fall on the floor as well as his tools, our wall was dirty as if he had cleaned his hands on it, did not want to replace anything just patch it.... the metal frame of the garage was bent and his fix was to take a hammer and bash on it!!! Told him about the other door and he said it was just old when the cable was actually almost broken!! After he left.... now the garage door does not open! To top it all of because i told my
