The office staff were courteous and kept you up to date on when they would do your inspection. The person sent, Robert, was very courteous and confident about his job. Once the inspection was completed and carried back to the office you received information about it being looked at and a job estimate sent to your email address. The job was done by qualified and cordial people. Couldn't have had a better experience.

McDuffy Pest control has very professional employees that give trust worthy answers about your property. We had 3 estimates, the first 2 could not figure out why we had water in our crawl space. McDuffy employees found we had a plumbing issue that need to be taken care of and provided us with pictures of the plumbing underneath our house. The first 2 companies did not find it and gave us a very expensive plan to take care of the water issue. After waiting for our property to dry out from the plumbing issue, McDuffie employees came back and checked again to determine if anything was needed. They

Mr. Shane Ivy, came to my home today for my annual termite inspection. He answered all of my questions very professionally, and with clarity and enthusiasm. He seems to be an expert in his field. Your company is blessed to have such a high caliber employee. In addition to my annual termite inspection, Shane evaluated my crawlspace to see if I needed an encapsulation. Was running a little behind on schedule but was very respectful in giving me a call letting me know of the new arrival time. Robert was pleasant from the minute I met to the end of the inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. Robert went over the inspection areas. He explained things (I didn't think I would understand) for me to understand and gave me time to ask questions.
