Very disappointed. I ordered Mother's Day flowers and asked if the flowers are left sitting outside. I was told they call first and if they have problems they call me.
I called the florist about 1:30 the day the flowers were to be delivered and was told they were out for delivery.
I called Mom about 7:30 p.m. to ask if she received anything and she said no. She checked her voicemail and there was nothing. She checked the front and side door.

Horrible customer service! Requested refund because the the arrangent for my daughters 16th birthday was completely wrong. Name name spelt wrong, no birthday wishes, and a mother's day Ballon. Was told no refund because at least I recieved something. Could've lived with the name spelling but it was everything down to "be glad I got something" that really makes this place!

I called to see if they could do same delivery since it wasn't available. She told me I could go ahead and order it and they'll do same day delivery. My grandparents loved their flowers. I live hours away and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I came in the store in the middle of homecoming season with a VERY last minute custom order. This place went above my expectations! I gave her a budget and she kept it under and the arrangement was GORGEOUS! I was blown away! Oh and she had it ready in just hours!

I called from San Antonio, and used Main Florist to deliver some flowers for a funeral in Waco. The funeral was for the mother of a close friend. I didn't know what to ask for but I spoke to Jill, I asked her to make something pretty using whatever flowers she wanted to. She chose to do a basket and the flowers were beautiful! It was an arrangement that any mother would love.
