My name is Douglas Brown and I am a proud veteran and owner of the State Farm Agency located at 915 Sullivan Ave, South Windsor, CT 06095. I earned the privilege of being a State Farm Agent in October of 2017. I say "earned" because a State Farm Agency is not a business you can simply buy, it's a business that has to be rightfully earned and requires a passion for helping others.
Prior to that I was a team member for another State Farm agency in Connecticut for eight years. I am able to offer Auto Insurance, (both Personal Auto Insurance and Commercial Auto Insurance), Home Insurance ( this includes Condo Insurance and Renter's Insurance), Business Insurance, and my favorite insurance.

He’s extremely detail oriented and so helpful in making sure you make the best decision for what will work best for you and your family. Not just for now but for your future as well. Doug Brown Agency is top notch! He saved us money on our car and home insurance. His attention to detail and personal service that goes above and beyond put money back in our pockets. I also found out that State Farm offers commercial insurance and switched our church’s insurance over to State Farm, again saving significant money for the church. They've been my insurance company for a few years now. Never had to actually use it, but every time I've had a reason to call and speak with someone they've always been very polite. Once I was short on money for my payment, so I called them and they were able to delay the bill for a few days until I got paid. Was much appreciated.

This office is the place to go for everything. we did not know State Farm does Life Insurance. the money we saved on our 5 autos and 2 home we used to finally take care of life insurance. Doug and I met in his office; we reviewed carefully my car and homeowners insurance coverage line by line. Previously, I was with a different company since 2012 that I knew was over pricing my coverage.

I’ve been insured by this business for the past two years and recently my car was hit while I was in the store. Could not find the driver that hit my car so I do what everyone would do. So I put in a claim like everyone would do. Well unfortunately this company doesn’t care about you or your car. After about three weeks I took a ride by the shop my car was at and it hasn’t been touched. They told me your insurance stopped the claim so I call and they say previous damage with rust. Well my car sat with no paint or protection in the rain for three days straight. So that’s probably why it’s

Top notch office. The products are great and we’ve saved money, but this office stands out with their superior service and commitment to the client. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and speedy. A few months ago I purchased a new vehicle and was able to call up and get my temp insurance cards sent over right away. Another issue arose… yesterday at fault of the dealership which required the office to again send the proof of insurance and I’m so thankful for the friendly and quick service to assist in getting my issue straightened out.
