The law firm of R. Max Best, P.A., was founded in 1990 and is one of the most experienced firms in eastern New Mexico. Currently consisting of one attorney, we have an experienced legal staff, including two legal assistants and one other part-time staff member.
We are a client-oriented firm and provide legal services to many clients and businesses throughout eastern New Mexico and surrounding areas, as well as many local small and mid-sized businesses.We have a strong regional practice (eastern New Mexico and west Texas) in our primary practice areas of business and commercial law, real estate, estate planning, probate and taxation.

Our firm was founded in 1990 and has represented clients in New Mexico and Texas for over thirty years providing extensive business law legal services. Our firm has a broad range of experience with the creation and formation of business entities, such as corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
