I signed a contract and was told I would be contacted within 1-3 business days to work out the details of the contract. 1 week later and I still heard nothing. I called 4x left voice mails each time. I e-mailed. No Response. Finally a solid 8-9 business days later I was able to reach someone and they acted as if my questions were wasting their time.

Although the initial communication was tough to initiate Once we connected on the pickup and delivery of my car Jessica and her company were able to get my car picked up in Illinois and delivered to New York in only 2 days! Used this service in April 2021. We got a good price for a cross country move and our car was picked up and dropped off with no damage or being rifled through. So the service itself was 4 star. The 3 star rating comes from lack of communication, and the difficulties that arise from it. We were quoted the car would be picked up on a Thursday evening, but pickup was delayed 24 hours due to their logistics with another passenger. If we had absolutely needed the car to be picked up that day, we would have been in a hard spot. One of us had to be there for the pickup. Luckily we flew out two days later

Scheduled a pickup and specifically asked if they have driver ready. The sales person assured me a driver is on his way to get to me on a certain date.
However, when I called the carrier they said no one was scheduled at all and they need a week more or so to find a driver.
Subsequently I offered TMShipping $1000 more to work on my order but still got no driver. Now my car is just stuck while I'm gone and I have to change all plans for it.

Not sure how real all these reviews are as my experience with TMShipping was so awful compared to what I expected based on these reviews. It was so awful that I made a Yelp account to share my experience.
I first made contact with TMShipping on April 27 to schedule a car delivery. My only request was that it arrive either May 31 or June 1. They assured me this was possible and I was very flexible with my shipping date. Originally around May 18 was floated, and I said that was fine. They have good customer support and communication skills were efficient! I've actually had cars shipped through them twice and everything went through without any issues.

Worst company ever!! Do NOT USE!! They lied about the price, got me stuck then I had to pay $500 more to get my vehicle! They lied and said it would take 1-3 business days to find a carrier, it took over a week! They had the wrong amount posted on the board and I had to find out from a competitor! I used TM Shipping to move my Tesla from CA to TX. They were quick to respond to both email and phone requests and their shipping quote was very reasonable. The trucker that they set me up with was very professional. The trucker showed up exactly when they said they would, they were clear in their communication, and they were flexible on delivery location. As others have noted here, the brokerage fee is not included in the initial quote and adds ~$200 to the overall cost, but even with that their cost was reasonable.

Used this company TM shipping to get my Mazda 3 shipped for the first time from Pennsylvania to California, and they were reasonably priced. They charge a booking fee on your credit card, but then you don't pay any other fee upfront and you set up a day, time and location for your car to be picked up. The driver will call a day before and tell you where to come with your car. They will inspect your car thoroughly and give you a copy of their notes/paper, will load your vehicle on their truck and leave. My car arrived the day I was told it would arrive (within 9 days). I had a great experience. My car got here safe and sound in comparison to other company's who I've heard horror stories about.
I will about that they were not three most proactive communicators in that I needed to contact them to get the ball rolling, but once I connected with my driver I was really happy. He was very patient and kind and communicated with me as best as he was able.
Also the price was affordable. I know this because I compared about 20 competitors. Overall, completely worth it.
