I began my career in 1983 at my father's business, Flett Remodelers- a home remodeling business in Orchard Park, NY. Through this experience, I learned the importance of providing professional and high quality service to customers. In 1991, I began painting where I learned, developed, and refined my painting skills.
I also gained experience in new home construction, residential and light commercial painting. I started Flett Painting in 1999 and as the sole owner and employee, I maintain high professional standards and pride myself on customer satisfaction.

Bob painted the interior of me and my wife's new home. Kitchen, dining room, living room, entry way, the stairwell and hallway upstairs . It took him barely two days and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. In addition to painting, he fixed a number of nail pops and holes in the drywall. He even caulked a number of the door frames for us. He was incredible resource when it came to asking questions. His knowledge is unsurpassed and what a nice guy! So happy with our new house and Bob made it feel like our home. Extremely professional, extremely meticulous, extremely talented. Five stars
