Provide a thorough visual inspection of all the visible and accessible areas and components of the home. Provide a written report including all the reportable conditions of the home using both written narrative and digital photos as needed.
In California, there is no licensing for home inspectors and no minimum education or experience requirements. I am a Certified Master Inspector with the American Institute of Inspectors and have been inspecting homes for 14+ years. I am also a California licensed building contractor with over 30 years of construction experience.
This is a list of contractors you might check with for your repair/remodels. I have no monetary interest in any of these businesses. Some of the contractors have been friends of mine for years, some have been recommended to me by others. If you have recieved good service from a service provider, e-mail me with their name to be considered for inclusion.
Provide a summation of a limited visual inspection of the readily accessible and observable systems and components of a property. Identify only observable components specified in these Standards and exclude all systems/components that are not accessible, are turned off, or are not functional (for any reason) and why said item could not be observed.

If you want a good laptop man and a fella who takes good pictures and ACTS as if he knows what he is doing this is your man.
But, if you want a real home inspection so you can make an educated
decision on what is wrong with the home and relying on an inspector to get a true assessment this is NOT your man. From my experience
this person should retire he is out of touch with reality. There were so many things that are substantial that he missed. All this translates to $ out of pocket. after such a large purchase of home you don't want any surprises.
But, if you want a real home inspection so you can make an educated
