I am extremely disappointed in the bouquet my mother received for Mother’s Day. I ordered a large bouquet, I specified colors and told her I didn’t want to pay over $100.00 with delivery. She had another call come in while I was on the phone with her so it felt a bit rushed, but I feel we were on the same page when I hung up. She ended up calling me a few days later to say she got the dates mixed up and she needed the delivery date from me again - mistakes happen so no harm done there. I ordered a deluxe bouquet to be delivered for my mother for her birthday. When it arrived it was so small in size it looks like it would have cost me $30, not the $80 I spent. Also when it got there half of the flowered were brown and half dead, while the the other half of the flowers shown in the picture online were not in the bouquet. I will not be ordering from this company again, I am so so upset!

Ivywood has been my go-to place for years. Pete the owner goes way above and beyond to make you the Customer happy. Each year I receive flowers on my Birthday from this shop. They are always gorgeous and brighten my day and I to the next few weeks.

I called Ivywood from NJ to send a birthday arrangement (after another local florist refused to work within my small budget.) Bethany was extremely accommodating and Pete went above and beyond to create a stunning sunflower arrangement for my best friend’s 60th Birthday. We submitted for next day delivery. The owner had to make the arraignment close to the original due to not having the flowers requested. As I wasn’t satisfied with the arrangement the owner and I talked and he apologized several times and wanted to make me happy. My sister in law just finished her last week of Chemo and he recreated the arrangement and it was perfect.. basically over perfect!! I will definitely use this company again if needed on the future. If you order online I would say specify i. Detail what you’re looking for and wanting even though you’re selecting a certain arrangement

When I walked in needing a bouquet within the next couple hours, I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to help me. I was relieved that they were more than happy to prepare a rush order for me. I didn’t know what to expect for the finished product, but it turned out beautifully. Very grateful that they were able to accommodate me and the staff are very sweet!
