I Personally haven't had any issues with the Place. Took My Gf Mikela there 2 months ago and helped her by Paying half the Down payment on a car that broke down like 2 weeks afterwards and took forever to resolve issue and get her in another vehicle and then Another . So far , it has been decent.....
My issue is with earlier Review by R. Simons.....

This was a great experience. Otto was very personable and professional. The process took a little less than three hours and I was able to get the car I wanted. He even found crayons and colored with my godson to keep him entertained while I signed my paperwork. I would definitely recommend coming here and talking with him about getting a car

Don't you ever ever ever do not ever buy a vehicle from us autos. at first i swore by them, it has't even been a year yet and i can say they are the worst dealership i have ever dealt with in my life. they do not honor their referral fee program at all!! my wife filled out a form for the referral fee when i purchased the vehicle and she never received it. we went there and asked about it several times and they claim that they never had the form on file!

I went here because I needed a vehicle with no hassle or the difficult process that comes along with purchasing a vehicle. My daughter and son purchased a vehicle from here so I was going by their experience. To my surprise the process was easy, fast, and no hassle at all. My sales person Chris Bridges was very patient and professional!!!!!!! He wasn't pushy nor did he rush me. He let me test drive the vehicles I was interested in. He told me which ever vehicle I was interested in to park it in the front. I chose a 2015 Kia Optima which had only 30,900 miles on it!!!! Wooooow!!!!!! Yes even

I have been waiting for a reimbursement checks from a repair for over a month and a half, after the manager said it initially will take 2 weeks. Come to find out the manager didn't even submit it and was fired when I went to the location to speak with him.
Ever since then, they have been giving me the run around about my funds and playing games with me!
I have never dealt with a company that is this poorly ran!!!
Not to mention, when I bought my car in January the check engine light came on 2 days

Let me tell you how amazing Mr.Kearney Hart was when I can say very professional.I loved the fact that he easy my mind about car buying this man is a Angel to purchasing a car he reassured me that everything would be fine I was so scared from the past experience that I have had buying a car. US Auto Sales so easy to purchase a vehicle. I've waited a long time to write this review. I purchased my 2005 Ford Freestar from them in 2012. My other vehicle was beyond repair and we needed a new car. Our credit is good however with the amount of money we had to spend was not enough to go to a "real" dealer. The car was overpriced by a tremendous amount however we didn't find this out till after the fact (did some online search on prices). We also didn't find out till we were in the room signing the contract that the pass time device has been installed on our car. At that moment I was ready to back out however
