I left this spring after several years as a customer. My grass looked worse each year! Sprinkler appointments were short and never resolved the coverage issues and broken heads. They seem to have too many customers to tend to the details.

Love these guys, especially company customer-service "quarterback" Joe...he's responsive and helpful. The techs do a great job with my lawn. There are hanging tree branches and bushes and various other annoying obstacles for them to negotiate (bad neighborhood, intruder deterrents), and they do so without complaint. I especially appreciate paying after services are rendered, a pleasant change after I endured Clean Air Stapleton's ridiculous seasonal contract for five years...it demands 100% payment whether the lawn is mowed or not. Rain? They don't mow, you pay. Drought

Critical: Professionalism
The company does good work, but for whatever reason, dropped me as a customer. We were set to renew another season and then I heard nothing. Repeated attempts at communication with them yielded not even a courtesy phone call. Almost like a break-up where the other party is too cowardly to let you know that this wasn't meant to be.

Asked for a quote for multiple services with no specific timeline mentioned, received a response w no quote, stating that they are completely booked, without even mentioning their soonest availability. The response was timely. Would be more helpful though to get pricing and next availability, especially since none of my projects are time sensitive. Oh well, next.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Not only did Lawntech kill my grass last year, but they ripped up the new grass I planted this year. I called and talked to his son and told him I has planted new seed and did NOT want my lawn to be mowed that week. He assured me it wouldn't be, but guess who showed up two days later? The lawnmowers went over all the new seedlings that had just begun to grow and ruined it all. I called and said I wanted to be reimbursed. I should say, I called and left a message because no one has ever

First a caveat. I never ended up hiring Lawntech. I cannot in anyway vouch for how they actually perform their services. That being said, they do not run their business well. I saw their number on the side of one of their trucks and called them to winterize my sprinklers. I got a voicemail and left a message. After a week, I did not receive a call back so I called them again. I got through to someone who told me that they could come out and give me a quote to clean my gutters and that someone would contact me shortly to schedule my sprinklers. Again, I did not hear from them for a week
