Andy is an excellent realtor with extensive area knowledge, and great integrity. He made our home buying experience a complete pleasure. He was always available to answer questions, and was a wealth of knowledge in all areas of the home buying experience. For example, we had a couple of issues that became evident during the inspection process. Our family recently relocated to Martin County. We were in search of a home in an unfamiliar area and were fortunate enough to meet Andy Spears at an open house.
