I absolutely loved living here. I ended up buying a house but for anyone that I know looking for an apartment I refer this place first hands down. I will never forget my experience here and I I’ll always reminisce about my time here. I hear horror stories from friends in the area in other complex’s and can’t believe what other apartments allow. Sheena was my go to girl, she always went above and beyond for me and repairs were ALWAYS done in a timely manner. I will miss this place but if ever I find myself in need of another rental here is exactly where I will come!!

I honestly am counting down the days until my lease is up. I hate to say that. The apartment itself is fine! The leasing office is also fine-certainly some minor inconveniences but that’s always to be expected so I hate to give a bad review for something they only have minor control over but the main issues is just the community. So many people who don’t have any respect for their neighbors. There’s supposedly 24 hour courtesy hours and quiet hours from 10pm to 8am but there is just 0 courtesy here. I get that it’s an apartment complex and people make noise but neighbors playing music so

They posted an apartment listing by accident, but only told us that after we sent $650 for the deposit. It took 3 months to get the $500 back after they informed us of the mistake. However, they sent the check to the entirely wrong side of the country. Everything about this experience has been excruciating.

I like to take time , and humbly Thank Sheena very much for taking time out of her Job to help me . Anyone looking for a quiet, tranquil place to call home should definitely give this place a look. From the moment I walked in the leasing Manager Hsia Costello was amazing. She showed me the 2bed 1bath and she made it seem like clock word. She followed through with me throughout the whole process and has been nothing short of amazing. Thanks Hsia for everything you have done and being such a great asset to this complex!
