Poor workmanship resulting in the fence seperating within 2 years. I made numerous calls to Jones Fence but they would not correct the shoddy work. 2 by 4's cut to short to connect to the post. Not an easy fix for a 64 year old disabled veteran. After paying $4,100 for the fence, I now have to pay to have it fixed. Got the money and gone. Good luck if you use these guys.

Jones Fence has been in business for 40 years and I think people that believe any company would offer a warranty for "Life" on a wooden fence are either mistaken about the warranty or perhaps disconnected from reality. NO FENCE company could or would EVER offer a Lifetime warranty on any fence. Some manufacturers offer a "limited lifetime warranty" on certain products, but those come from the manufacturer, NOT the contractor installing them. The other low marking review is about an old double drive vinyl PVC gate needing adjustment. Perhaps Jones Fence does not pursue this type of work because

My father had an aluminum fence put in by Jones Fence Enterprise install back in 2007 and it has always looked great and was very well done. Aluminum fences became the norm in his neighborhood shortly after as all the neighbors loved the way his looked.
Fast forward 10 years and the fence still looks great and has held up very well with the exception of a grass cutter who deformed part of the bottom or a section of the fence by bending the 6 of the pickets. We called Jones Fence and spoke to a very nice lady, Theresa, to ask if they knew where we could buy replacement pickets. After asking a few

We are buying a house that needs a privacy fence in the backyard. I called darn near every fence company in the Tennessee valley for a quote. 3/4 of the places never called me back. One treated me like I was stupid, one never showed up for the appointment. THEN, Jerry from Jones Fencing arrived on scene. He was ON TIME, very polite, walked the property with me, explained EVERYTHING in detail and gave a super fair price! WE ARE SO HAPPY to be doing business with them!
