Had a great experience with these guys when they were the only people open and available within 50 miles at 6am for keys locked in the truck. They were fast and the charge was reasonable. We had a car accident and when we got into to town the ppl that work there were really nice to us! They even bought our kids donuts!

Stay away from this place. Huge rip off. I sent my truck in to replace a simple wheel seal on the trailer. They kept taking off things and telling my driver that he must replace them or call a tow truck to tow him to another shop because they would not put the “defected” parts back on. He was forced to replace brakes and bearing. For such a simple repair they charged me $820 because they forced me to replaced other heavily marked up parts. STAY AWAY!!!

I think they have one honest person working at this tow yard and he’s a driver named Josue. They want such a ridiculous amount for towing and storage and It took a whole week to find them because they denied have the bike on the first call so after no luck finding the bike anywhere else I packed up and drove the 100+ miles to Wells and spotted the bike and called the back and asked if they were ever going to notify the owner and they said that they are not required to notify the owner EVER but that they usually do after 21 days because they cap their storage fees at 21 days and it the same for

Had a tractor and loaded trailer tow over Pequop to their shop in Wells. Very courteous and professional! Technician and office personnel kept me posted with diagnosis and timeline of repair. Repaired and back on the road quickly. Cost for tow and repair was appropriate and comparable to other privately owned shops. Thank you all for a great experience!

Our car broke down after driving through the desert of Nevada for a few hundred miles on the last day of July on the way to Salt Lake City. A totally unexpected event offered us an opportunity to meet many good people in Wells, NV. One of the rescuers came to us was Roadway Towing & Recovery. After the highway patrol officers informed us there is nothing in Wells, i.e., no taxi, no Uber, no Airbnb, we were prepared to camp out for the night. When the towing company showed up, the situation changed for the better. Craig, the owner of the company, called Motel 6 to get us a clean room right

PLEASE beware of this company! I would Never ever use these people again..Had a road side repair completed with poor judgement call with a patch that didn't work then a tow. ONLY Coolant line replaced on the truck with a tow $2,721.21. My opinion these people are sharks!! Please NEVER use them! They charged for doing the job twice & for sipping coffee & kept the meter going while parts where overnighted. Most people stand by there work and charge once not twice! STAY AWAY!
