Dr. Kylie Simnioniw has been in practice since 2009, providing natural health care to families. In 2011, she opened Simnioniw Family Chiropractic to give the Dickinson, communities safe and effective solutions for all ages of patients, with a focus on pregnancy care and pediatric chiropractic. As a family-oriented practice, our goal is to help your family live a lifestyle of wellness, so you can grow and live to your greatest potential together.
Dr. Kylie attended Northwestern Health Sciences University for chiropractic school after attending North Dakota State University for her undergraduate education. Her first child was born two weeks before her board examinations, and Dr. Kylie received the benefits of chiropractic care during pregnancy.

Don’t be fooled by all the adorable babies and pregnant mommas! Dr. Kylie is for the entire family’s health and wellness. My husband, my 3 month old girl, and myself get adjusted by Kylie weekly! We are all on the right track for our health and feeling our best because of her. She will adjust each of us with different techniques as she listens to the body first and what it needs. If a certain adjustment isn’t doing the trick, she won’t hesitate to try new things until the problem is solved! We absolutely love seeing Kylie and her amazing staff!

What an amazing family friendly business! Kylie sat down with my daughter and I and did a thorough review and assessment. She took the time to address all our concerns and developed a plan of action to get baby Norah on track and feeling better! Norah is feeling much better and we always enjoy the cheerful environment when we come visit!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kylie's for over a year and she is the best! She's very thorough and explains everything really well. The thermal and nervous system scans she does are really valuable in showing you exactly how your body is functioning.
I am now an employee of hers as well and can verify that Janna Lane is not a patient of ours, so I'm not sure why she randomly decided to give Dr. Kylie a 3 star review. Anyone considering coming to Dr. Kylie should read all the other reviews from ACTUAL patients.

Simnioniw Family Chiropractic is such a great place to receive chiropractic care. Dr. Kylie is very passionate about what she does and she truly cares for her patients. She accepts all ages to her office, however her main focus is pregnant women, babies, children, and families. It has been inspiring to hear all of the results, especially from parents and their kids that have been adjusted by Kylie. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kylie has been great with all 3 of my kids. We started taking my son there when we were treating his torticollis and he was wearing a cranial helmet. She was so great with him that we started bringing our other 2 kids in to see her also. Very pleased with services received and with the professionalism and customer service received.
