Similar to getting the oil changed in your car, tune-ups are needed to keep your equipment running at peak performance. We recommend a furnace tune-up every fall and an air conditioner tune-up every spring. We offer maintenance discounts to residential customers and maintenance contracts to commercial customers.

We have done thousands of commercial jobs - from large, multiple roof top unit buildings to smaller split unit systems. Aweful company. This place should be your last resort.
I have a new house with a new air conditioner installed (but not purchased) by Warren. First time starting up the AC it didn't work. Called and got on the schedule, tech showed up and found/fixed a leak. Great. It was in the 50's so I turned off the air and didn't think about it. 2 weeks later, it's in the 90's and I have no AC. I given them a call and I'm answered by a "what?!". Eventually I'm told to call back and leave a voicemail. I get a call back with a very rude, "this is not our problem, it's yours! Do not contact us again!" No details

We needed to replace our furnace this January and after getting 3 estimates, Warren came in the lowest by a significant amount AND had the longest service guarantee. They had a much less schmoozy sales pitch and were more honest with us about the pros and cons of various options to upgrade than the other companies we met. We decided to get a new credit card to pay for it and they were extremely flexible about allowing us to wait to pay until it came in the mail. Scott, who installed the furnace, was exceptionally professional and did a great job communicating when some unexpected challenges came
