First time doing a customs clearance and I pretty much learned how to do it myself. They really need a better system. You're in the dark most of the time about what's going on and it's just an endless thread of emails. If you don't stay on top of them, you'll definitely be paying way more than expected for storage.

Scam Alert!!! Be careful working with these crooks. Even their people on the docks hates to work with them, everybody I mean everybody who came even remotely close working with them are fed up. They will make you go through hell and back before they release your shipment. After miscommunications (more like misinformation) on many way, many unanswered calls, no responses on mails, messages, texts and other requests, thousands of dollars of excessive unrelated charges and after all still waiting for your release papers you're still lucky if you get your shipment undamaged. Which is my experience

Worst experience ever, never tried to reach client for updating the shipment. I’ll use social media to help other people not to fall into this trap.
Siomaraz is the employee and she the one kept updated about my shipment. She didn’t reach the customer for any information but payment. She never mentioned about my shipment lsst free date at storage days before but 3 days after it so i have to pay the unbelievable storage fee to get my shipment out. She never admit she did it wrong and blamed all on the customer. I will have my lawyer step on this case and bring justice back for me. As long as

I cannot say enough about how poor this company functions. You will not be informed of your freights arrival and the charges were astronomical! It was like pulling teeth to get any information and the language barrier was very present. Due to them I paid for in odd charges and fees than I paid for my product and shipping! Do not use this company if you are a small buyer, it will end badly and they will not correct their own mistakes.

П›‘ This place is a very shady. Poor communication and service. They attempted to charge me false charges of $300. FCC should not charge for BOND or CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE. This is their scam. Get a lawyer and get your money back if they falsely charge you. FCC is taking advantage of honest people. $300 of my $500 paid to them were false.
