Heather gives a great manicure and pedicure! She is very personable and positive.

Tried to book appointment but she cancelled due to covid exposure and I never got to use. She would not refund and said I had to go through groupon. They said it is up to the business. I had bought 2 appointments for me and a friend. I guess I am out $70. I do not suggest this place.

Rituals Beauty Lounge is such a cozy place. I needed a relaxing day... and, I had such a wonderful experience here! My manicure was beautiful and my pedicure was the best I've ever had! You can put on your own personal movie and just lay back and relax... prices are very fair too! I would highly recommend Heather!

Great attention to detail. Gentle exfoliation that doesn't tickle or hurt but gets my feet baby soft.

Great service, products and results! I am so thrilled to have smooth heels and a manicure that lasts for a minimum of 2 weeks. No other nail salon in Brevard County provides that but Rituals Beauty Lounge.

I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this! I bought a Groupon (and honestly I don't usually expect too much when I buy discounted services) but this lady was AWESOME! My mani/pedi took about 2 hours, it was completely custom to what I wanted. It was relaxing, enjoyable and she gave me a ton of advise on what I should and shouldn't be doing etc I loved it, I really did and I would recommend anyone living close by to check this lady/business out!!

Intimate little place with an extremely attentive nail artist! Took LOTS of time caring for my haggard cuticles, shaped each individual nail with great detail, and left me with good advice, even recommending a product she isn't selling. Picture perfect manicure. The whole thing took longer than I expected, which was nothing but a bonus considering the quality of my nails right now. I will definitely be returning.

Went to see her as a gift from someone. Set up the appointment online and when I arrived and told her I had a Groupon she told me that I scheduled myself for a much more expensive session. Mistakes happen... she said she would go ahead and let me use my Groupon, but made it very clear that she was annoyed and I was basically wasting her time. She was even kind of confrontational about it so I felt uncomfortable being there. She gives the best pedicure I have ever had ! You can really tell she loves her job. She does not rush you and you can tell she really knows her stuff ! My feet are sooo smooth ahhhh
