Called John on my water heater to find out I had a busted main waterline, set up a time, he was here when he said he would be, gave a quote fixed the waterline,cleaned up after he was done. I text him Saturday and he came back out within a hour to check out a mishap that me and my husband discovered from John, No charge for coming out on a Saturday for 10 minutes. I had no problems with John or his service would call him in the near future.

My wife and I reached out to Piqua Plumbing and a number of other plumbers after noticing a leak near our well cap. John (of Piqua Plumbing) responded quickly, came out the day we called to confirm we had an issue with our main water line, and quickly scheduled to have the job completed less than 48 hours later. John and his team were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job! For my future plumbing needs I'll be calling Piqua Plumbing. Over the past six years we have hired four other plumbers from Miami County... none of them hold a candle to the service and professionalism provided by Piqua
