I needed flowers for a local family funeral which I would not be attending, as I am out-of-state. Not being local, made me a bit nervous as to the process of not only picking a florist, but the quality of what I would receive. I loved the idea of a family run business, especially with their own greenhouse, so I called Conkle's and was immediately taken care of by Tim. He was warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He made everything so easy! He communicated with me during the process and sent me a picture of the final result. I don't give 5 stars often, but the courteous people running the shop earned it. I stopped in to buy some bouquets for my 4 daughters and wife on my way back home to WV from MI, and just told him what I had in mind and he took my ideas and created 5 beautiful arrangements that my family will love. Thanks to them I will be Dad of the month ;)
