This company was super helpful the woman I talked to on the phone was great helped me get a truck to where I was when I was stuck on the interstate with a flat tire. She even talked to the driver to see if he'd take me to my hotel after we drop the car off. I was so thankful because the roadside assistance from my insurance found a tow truck, but it was going to take 2 hours for me to get out of there. Guy picked me up was super friendly I hope I don't have to use them again but I gladly would.

If I could, I would give these guys a 10 star review. Corey was the man on the scene and super professional and well versed in his business. I have dealt with other towering companies in Lincoln NE, and by far these guys are the best. Friendly staff with excellent service and knowledge about every situation regarding your tow. I appreciate good people. :)

Piss poor service Was told that we would be able to get our semi out anytime during the weekend and now we are being told that no one has access to that towing yard

The guys that came out to tow my car were #1 on time,
#2 very professional and polite, #3 careful with my car as to not damage it.
The air shocks were deflated and Dalton made sure that my car did not drag or scrape in the front or back when putting it on the flatbed. I will call them every time I need a tow in Lincoln.

We were in Lincoln for the weekend . Our car lost complete power and we thought needed to be towed. we called Midwest Towing . He was there in a short amount of time and helped us discover the mechanical issue with our car and he fixed it for us. There was no charge for his time or trouble. I highly recommend his service. He is proof there are kind and caring people !!!! call Midwest for your towing needs!

Had a tire changed by them and two days later it fell off🙄after that, the company initially refused taking liability for the damages that they caused to my car. After finally admitting fault, they wouldn't give me any information on my car- only told me to talk to the owner before promptly hanging up on me. Still have no idea where my car is or when it will be fixed. Worst experience ever.

Very accommodating, prompt, helpful, great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. One of the few reliable companies I have found.

Very polite and helped me get my kia sportage towed to repair shop for repair ( loud clanking under hood) confirmed that its better not to drive it and not cause more damage... he kept his distance during covid but still remained social and very polite.. thanks so much.. About 3 weeks ago, we broke down on I 80 heading east just about 25 miles out of Lincoln, and we had to pull off to the shoulder. Pretty hairy situation with a couple of cats and a car full of our luggage (moving back east) we called Midwest towing and they told us it'd be about hour and a half. Immediately afterwards, our tow called us and she said she'd be there in 30. She got there super quick, took care of everything!! So I'm an idiot that managed to wrap my car around a fire hydrant. They were fast to the scene, super helpful and very careful to no further damage my car or the hydrant. Chris was really kind and attentive. He did an excellent job of getting my car towed.

Woke-up to find one of our rear tires was flat. We had been having issues with both of our rear tires since we drove thru the war-torn streets of South Chicago (thanks Waze! -_-) and this was not a huge surprise.

So Carissa used her USAA app to get us roadside assistance and less than 30min later Nathan showed up. He gave us a bit of air so that we could make it down to the tire shop to get a patch. He was very friendly, efficient and seemed to be good at his job. Also he had matching slime lime shirt and sneakers that were pretty cool.

Thank you, Nathan! Having to deal with a flat tire at 6:15 a.m. on a Saturday isn't fun especially when you're trying to get an early start on your road trip. I used my USAA app for roadside assistance and Midwest Towing & Recovery was our savior.

Bunch of crooks my car was side of inerstate flat tire state troopers towed my car over night no tire place is open Saturday after 6pm ! They tow my car now I have to pay 140 + 20 more bucks everyday. I have to wait till payday to get it out an im from out of town.. No sympathy I see they have a crook was systems for poor guys with trouble on side of road...

After waiting an hour for Capital Towing to show up, I gave up and called Midwest. Wish I would have called them first. ETA was 15 minutes. They were there in 15 minutes. Friendly and courteous driver. If I need another tow, I will call this one first.

Traveling from Baja Mexico to Wisconsin, my RV broke down west of Lincoln. Daniel, the tow truck driver, arrived exactly when promised and proceeded to drive my dog and me all the way to Omaha to where my insurance company had instructed him to. My daughter's car was towed by Midwest Towing against their own company policies. Their policy states that only a property owner can authorize a tow. My daughter's car was towed on November 22, 2016 at 7:15pm. The property owner did not call or sign for this tow. According to the Lincoln police department, any tow that directly fails to meet the company policy is considered an illegal tow. Headed to Lincoln from Fremont to collect some lovelies for my new bakery...turning INTO THE DRIVEWAY at my destination, my Suburban lost her serpentine belt, rendering my big ole' girl nearly un-steerable and ramping her temperature into the red zone.
