Daniel was our driver for a corporate event in Denver, and he was amazing! Very courteous, drove safely, made suggestions for additional stops when our team finished our event early, and overall was a great person to chat with. The van was clean, smelled good and they provided water for our whole team! We will definitely be using them for future corporate events.

We used Hermes to bus people to/from our wedding. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. They were very professional and our guests had nothing but good things to say about the buses! They were also more affordable than some other companies in the area and provided much better communication, clear contracts, etc. We would definitely recommend them!

We used the large bus for a wedding. Everything was excellent -- making reservations, establishing and confirming pickups and drop offs, on-time and courteous driver (not mention patient with our group!) and the payment process. Scheduled 5+ trips with Hermes in a week and all went off without a hitch. Drivers were professional and on-site, and the best part of Hermes is they have help on their call in line on the weekends and after hours for last minute trip changes.

I booked with Hermes Worldwide for our wedding transportation to bring guests to and from the airport to our venue (3 hours away). Everything was seamless and I didn't have to worry about anything. It was probably the easiest element out of the entire wedding to organzine thanks to Adrienne who helped us from the start to end of planning. I was definitely use them again in the future without hesitation.

We used Hermes Worldwide for company transportation. I had left my cell phone on the shuttle and when I called to see if they had it, Corine immediately responded that their cleaning crew found it on the seat. She said that they would ship it out the same day for me in a safe box!! Unbelievably prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional!!! Highly appreciated! Strongly recommend company, top notch business!

We booked Hermes to run transportation for our wedding, and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were one of the most communicative vendors we worked with, and were willing to adjust vehicles as things changed on our end. On the day of the wedding, all of the shuttles picked up guests on time, and dropped everyone off on time. The driver for our wedding party shuttle was so kind and patient throughout the whole night. I would highly recommend Hermes for any of your transportation needs.

Although due to the new COVID resurgence our events are cancelling, I have to say that Corine and ALL the staff I have dealt with at Hermes to make, edit and deal with the motor coach services for our family to fallen firefighter events was impeccable. I would not hesitate a second to book with them again in a heartbeat and hope next year brings a better landscape for events to use Hermes.

I don't know about Europe and Asia, but this company has the worst cars and drivers in the States. I tried their service (Mercedes S class) in LA and NY, both times was very disappointing. The cars are very old and have a disgusting musty odor. The drivers are really clueless, they don't even know all the functions of the car they drive.

My company is in Maryland, on July 24th, 2019 we were in the process of moving 60 military men who had to land in Baltimore for plane troubles and we were getting them to Dulles (D.C.) later that evening so they could get home to Colorado. I called and spoke with Adrienne Brown on July 23rd and she arranged two coach buses for me promptly with a time of what I thought would be 7:30 pm the next evening. In the course of 24 hours, times changed a few times and final result was it ended up that these men were split on three different flights with three different pick up times and a drop off of over

My company rented a full size coach bus and it was immaculate. The seats were leather, and reclined a bit. They had tv screens, if you wanted to watch movies. The driver had a cooler full of water for us and was very professional and courteous, her name was Christy. I had left my jacket on the bus and she immediately caught it and gave it to a co worker. My 1 star review is because they over charged without a heads up, we were billed extra for an hour of service we never used. When asked, their answer was:
We charged 1 hour of total garage time on this trip. 30 minutes to the pick up location and 30 minutes back to our garage after the pick up.
Garage time is something not only we charge our clients and affiliates but something we pay in all of the markets we send work to as well.
Long story short, it was not in any contract, nor was it quoted. They just charge what they want. No they don't care if you call them again, they are the
