And opened our doors in 2002. During that interim period our founder and owner, Jeff Caldwell, met with several luxury brand representatives to discuss the future of collision repair in order to design a facility that specifically caters to repairing high-end luxury brands.

I was referred to this place by George from SOHO motorsports and I really can't thank everyone enough! Back in July my tire debeaded off the wheel and the rim smashed part of my drivers side quarter panel. Alex ran an estimate but I was unable to drop my car off till much later. During that time, Alex said that the earliest date they had available to drop my vehicle off would be 09/13 and it would take 2 weeks for my vehicle to be completed. There work was great. Mind you my car had a little rock chip on the driver side a pillar. They painted the entire pillar and blended it beautifully. This was paid for by Tesla since it was a new delivery fix. I received the vehicle with a tiny sharp deep scratch on the same side the work was performed (but on the front fender) both Tesla and the paint body shop didn't take claim for it. Since I didn't catch it upon picking it up from tesla they're fighting me to repair it. Short story long I gave it 3 stars because the quote I received from Caldwell Collision was $2,828.88. Great work but Insanely

Had someone hit my Tesla that was 3 months old. Both driver door panels were crushed - they were recommended by Tesla and did a great job.
They worked directly with the responsible insurance company So I never had to do a thing but drop the car off. I would highly recommend them for luxury car repair.

Caldwell Collision on Independence Blvd. was spot on with my car. I called first, got all my questions answered and was told to come by anytime for an estimate. I did not have to wait a minute before Angela was inspecting my car and gave me an estimate less than Caliber Collision. She discussed options with me that would save me money and still use brand parts. Those parts arrived in a couple of days and my car was done when I was told it would be done. The staff was very very friendly, helpful and organized. They helped me arrange a rental car with Enterprise in Indian Trail, that also was a pleasant

This place is a disaster! Beware!!! I took my wife's 2017 Mercedes here because they were the certified body shop for Mercedes in the area... what a joke! It took almost 2 months to get the vehicle into their facility. During that time my wife's vehicle never had an issue with the driver side window, although the door was the area damaged. I was told the car would take a week and half to two weeks. After about a week and half I called and was told to call back at the end of the week. I did so and was told I could pick up on Friday, which seemed acceptable. I then received a call from

BEWARE!!!! I took my car here on February 5th and today is April 8th. My car was suppose to be a 6 week job, but boy they are so far off the mark with this one. I called today and was told it maybe another 2 weeks!!!!!! Thank goodness I have another car to drive, otherwise that would be almost 3 months paying for a rental car!!!!! I am extremely disappointed with their lack of communication. They hardly have any information for you as far as the parts estimated time of arrival. I think they say this to buy time. I feel like my car is being held hostage and there's nothing I can do, but wait

I was very fortunate to have stumbled upon Mr. Caldwell and his crew. I had a new Silverado that was severely damaged by a young reckless driver during an ice storm in Monroe. It was deemed to be just south of being totaled and I had anxiety about the repair. Mr. Caldwell and his experts actually made the truck better than new through their expertise and state of the art equipment. My frame is now adjusted to tighter tolerances than the factory standards. On Mon 1-9-2017 we took both of our tree crushed vehicles to Caldwell Collision. The vehicles were a 2017 Ford F250 and a 2015 Jeep JK 4 Door. Apx $20,000 + of damage. The Caldwell estimator guy said he would email us a quote the next day at apx lunch time before the adjuster came later that afternoon. At the end of the day we called to see if Caldwell had a quote for us since we had not gotten a email. They said they had not had a chance to get to it but he would have it to us the following day. This same thing happened every day for a week. We never got a quote from them directly as promised

They may appear very friendly when you walk through the door, but when a problem with their work arises, they don't make it right. I was rear ended and my rear bumper needed a touch up due to a couple of deep scratches left by the other car's front license plate. On my Honda, like many newer vehicles, all the body panels have a "tamper-proof" sticker with the serial number so any potential buyer down the road can tell if you have replaced the body pieces for one reason or another. Caldwell's shop didn't bother to mask over the sticker and thus painted right over it
