It takes a lot of courage to come to counseling and work through life's challenges. My first priority in working with you is to build a caring, empathetic and genuine relationship to promote an open environment for honest sharing and connection.
Please contact us to discuss rates, insurance and payment options. Brave Soul's standard private pay rate is $120 for a 55-minute session. Brave Soul does offer sliding scale fees on a limited basis for financial hardship situations. Please discuss the need for a discounted rate with your therapist.
Brave Soul Counseling Services (Brave Soul) is a private group practice. Brave Soul therapists are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques. Your therapist will work with you during the first several sessions to develop a treatment plan and discuss treatment preferences. As the client, you have the right to ask your therapist questions about his or her background, qualifications and therapeutic orientation.
Brave Soul Counseling Services emphasizes the importance of the face-to-face relationship with a client, however, there are a variety of reasons for why this is not always possible. In those circumstances, telemedicine services may serve as an effective alternative. Telemedicine services provides an opportunity for clinicians to conduct mental health services through electronic means such as audio and video communication.
