Truly, just the absolute worst manicure I’ve ever had. Mind you, the paint that looks awful in the pictures I’m attaching are from the SECOND time she painted them that day. She said something about the paint not being dry before the top coat went on but when she redid them the same thing happened just less dramatically. Also, when she massaged my hands her squared off nails were scraping my skin like they had just been cut that morning and were little razor blades. Called in the AM and was able to get appointment same day. Very clean and timely service. Employees friendly. Prices are competitive. If you have cash to pay, you get a bit of a discount. I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again.

i got my ring nail fixed after it broke when i had gotten it done five days prior. when i came to get it redone, the nail tech rushed, did the incorrect shape, got nail glue all over my skin, and left the nail lopsided.

The nail designs are cute! They couldn’t find the burnt orange fall color so they used neon instead…. Really made them look horrible. My nails are extremely sore and they are just all around uneven. I woke up today and my nails are incredibly dry. Also what is growing under my nails? It looks like the acrylic is peeling off or something. The girl who did the nail art did amazing!!! But the girl who put the acrylic on and shaped them didn’t do a great job. Maybe she was having an off day but they just don’t look great. I came in without an appointment and they were still more than happy to work me in, waited less than 10 minutes. The lady who did my nails was so nice and professional. This is was my first time here and i will most definitely be returning!

Management or some sort of party took over and so customers had to move to different stations and it felt so uncomfortable and weird. The place was too loud and when we had to wear masks everyone else was not, I thought that was kinda rude, like close the place if you wanted to throw a party. My nails didn’t really get the treatment I paid for only because the lady had to finish quick and see the need of the party. Just rude.

I'd rate zero if that were an option!
First, I find it so unprofessional that almost every bad review gets a defensive, rude come back from the owner, Ken. Be humble Ken. You're not helping your business.

First was my dip nail treatment. I am unfamiliar with the dip nails so I know nothing. The gal preforming the service told me it would be $51 for the set and $28 for the fill. So the bad part of this visit was she lied. Not to mention I had a very hard time communicating with her. But the $28 I heard clearly.
Second visit. Now I am back to receive

Wanted to get a pedicure but 5 people were not wearing masks inside and the staff hadn't asked them to put their mask on. Left after waiting for 15 min to get a pedicure. Won't be back!

Worst experience ever, some nails she took off half of my natural nail off, so now my nails are uneven and the dip is lumpy. I was cut 3 times, and nail polish wasn't removed from my skin! I will not be back

Had a great experience at this nail salon! In town visiting and found them on Yelp! Came in with my sister in law after calling for an appointment for both of us. They did an awesome job! Just a heads up to bring cash for a tip (& tip them nicely!)

I've come here a few times and had different technicians every time and I've never had any problems. Tina took care of me today and did great! She did a cute little Halloween design. Love me some spooky season.

So definitely not the worst nail shop out there but this place is pretty high up there on the list.

First of all, they DO talk shish about you in their language. (We were indecisive about the colors. They were still doing the prepwork so it's not like they were waiting on us). Because of the mask, they didn't realize I was a native I could understand. Once revealed, they did stop LOL. Second, she made one of my fingers bleed because she cut the skin too close but it's no big deal it happens I guess. But when other reviews said they RUSH they mean it. I think they took about 10min

I found this nail spa during COVID. They are very friendly. They keep it very clean. I get a great pedicure every time. I'm very happy I found them through Yelp. I enjoy my visit each time

Rex is THE BEST! Spa is clean, easy to schedule appointments by phone, and has friendly staff. Always a good experience!

I have been going to this nail salon for about four months and I really like it! It's well cleaned and maintained with nice chairs and a comfortable waiting area. You check in using an iPad system that remembers you by phone number. This allows you to earn points for each visit. I've come probably five times so far and still haven't received any type of reward for those points, so I'm not sure how big of a payoff that really is. They have a wide selection of dip manicure colors and I try to arrive 5-10 minutes early for my appointment so that I can have time to choose a color

Always a great experience. Great clean salon with good people. Always happy to be here. Because they are good, it can be busy so call ahead if possible or expect to wait.

I really enjoyed my experience here today. I came in with a bachelorette group around 11 on a Saturday and this place was doing the business, oh so busy! I highly recommend that you make an appointment, especially if you plan to visit on the weekend.

We were immediately greeted and I noticed that the space is very modern and clean. There is no lingering chemical odor either The gel polish selection was bountiful but relatively average.

My service was relaxing and effective. I am one that rather have a quick service than hang around. I really appreciate the quality of work with speed.

Hands down the best place i've ever gotten my nails done at. i've been getting dip nails recently and i find that sometimes they can be really thick but the way this spa did it was a lot thinner which looks much better. loved Rex who did my nails, he talked to me about the different things he was doing and the science behind dip. Definitely recommend this place and to anyone booking an appointment ask for Rex!

I've been going to Signature Nail Spa for a little over 4 months, and have been very impressed with the service and staff each time! I have gotten dip nails, gel nails, an acrylic manicure, and a pedicure and all have been fantastic. Moderately priced, the technicians are always patient, sweet, and helpful, and the salon and tools appear very clean.

Another plus is they have SO many color options for dip nails, which is my new favorite kind of nail service.

Came here yesterday for my first-ever dip powder manicure and am pretty pleased with the result! I was able to book an appointment for the same day and all of the employees were as nice as could be. Ken did my manicure and he was very efficient - I was done within 45 minutes. On my way out, he told me that if my nails get smudged to come back and he would fix it.

The only reason why I deducted one star is because the top coat added a pink hue to it because the dip I got was white (not a huge deal and definitely wouldn't be noticeable over any other color). Also, my dip manicure was $46 and
