Our family employed Paul to design plans to correct numerous issues we had at one of our commercial properties. At every step of the process Paul would engage us by walking us through possible scenarios and illustrating how the proposed solutions would remedy our issues. A capable communicator, Paul was able to navigate effectively through the rather labyrinthine city permitting process and address some of the thornier issues presented by city codes. We highly recommend Paul. We chose Paul to design the complete renovation and 1000 sq ft extension of a 70's ranch house in Santa Barbara. We don't live locally so it was important to have someone who could deliver on the entire process: architectural design, co-ordinating with other professionals, dealing with the planning office and securing permits.
