They went out of their way to make the pick up on a day that was very specific to us good communication, smooth pick up and delivery. The drivers were nice and helpful as well. I will use their services again and I do recommend them! These guys are awesome. We went through hell with the seller to load up the unit but these guys stuck with me and get the job done.

Whatever you do dont use this company. Oscar lied from start to finish. My car was to be picked up on Dec. 20th and delivered to me by the 22nd. Finally another company informed me on the 24th that the car didnt even have a driver to get it yet. I had to drive 600 miles one way to get it myself. Use another company...Absolutely awful company

I am in the transportation industry I saw there load on a load board. The load was for a Hot Shot, it was some roll off dumpsters. I was a little hesitant at first because it was a COD load and I normally do not mess with COD loads, but I called and spoke to Heidy she was very reassuring that we would be paid. I decided to take the load everything went great, awesome communication with her, I sent my paypal infor and was paid as soon as the driver pulled in the driveway. Will definitely!!!! use them again.

Worst shipping experience ever. Did not deliver full load. My machine was delivered 10 hrs late. This company isn’t taking responsibility for not delivering all the said attachments. Driver did not speak English and was non responsive the whole trip. Broker has assured me for two weeks now he is making it right but I have to call him to get a response. DO NOT USE. This guy will cost you money and not think twice about screwing you over.

I do not recommend this broker, I ship quite often and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had and that’s saying something. The communication was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with, after taking your money they don’t pick up the phone or respond to emails, to even get the paperwork right, and have it corrected it took 3 attempts. It’s like… they threw it together and other than the payment amount and addresses the rest was whatever. The day of shipping they sent a driver with a 1k ton truck and a 22k GVWR trailer for a 14k load, which is laughable. The

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Steven with Onyx Transportation to deliver a truck from Harrisburg, NC to Bristol, CT.
We had never used a transportation service like this before and wasn’t really sure what to expect and with the Auto Shipping Industry and the market itself being worth an estimated $5 billion dollar industry, I know there is a lot of competition for the jobs and it also attracts some less than reliable companies into the market as well that are more interested in making money than looking after their customers and providing the best service.

I hired G&G Tranport to transport a tractor, the roof of the tractor was lost in transport. G&G refuses to replace the roof of my tractor!!!! Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend NOT to use this company for any transport needs. They are not a Responsible company!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I would have spent a few dollars more and used a better and more responsible company!

Once again I had to move my car from Las Vegas to Atlanta and I did not hesitate to call my advisor Angie Pérez, who was aware of me and my vehicle all the time. My car arrived in perfect conditions. G&G Auto Transport set me up with a trucker that scammed me for $750. So far they have not taken care of me and reimbursed me for this. They vouched for the trucker and the payments to him before I sent money. I’m sure most of their business is good but they need a lesson in taking responsibility for their mistakes. If that $750 isn’t returned to me ASAP I’ll take this all the way. Mistakes happen, own up to them G&G!

The 1 star is only for the initial price. G&G Transport did not come through for me. Ordered a pickup for today ($590+$150 deposit) September 20th and informed them this was the only day that would work. Didn't hear anything until I called at 1:40 Central time and talked to Mariana. She said there were no drivers in the area. She said she would try to locate an alternative truck for me. I called back at 4:00pm Central to cancel the service. No apologies or anything from them. "We'll just take you off the board." So disappointing.

Brett and his driver Dennis were extremely quick and responsive with transport of my Chevy from WA state to AZ. While I was still getting spam from everyone else, my truck was en route to the destination. Communication is key and I was updated every step of the way. I’m positive I will find a reason to use this company’s service in the near future.
