Everyone who has a carpet to be cleaned should be using this company. I'm very impressed and happy with the service. It was easy to make an appointment. William was on time. Better Carpet Cleaners did an AWESOME job on a living room carpet !!! I was beyond words when they had finished. Before they came, I was ready to accept that i may have had to replace the carpet because it was so stained I have no problem using them again or referring them to friends and family.
