We ordered a Brown Jordan patio furniture set from Brett and I can't say enough good things about our experience. Brett went above and beyond showing us samples and giving us his educated opinion. He had valuable insight on the different brands and styles.
Once the order was placed, we were quoted a 4-6 week delivery window. Exactly one month later we received a call saying our set was in and could be delivered the next day -- just in time for the holiday weekend.
The delivery team showed up on-time and set up our new furniture quickly and carefully.

You would think that a store with the name ski in it would know difference between classic & skate cross country skis especially after being connected to their equipment department only to hear after you drove 35 mins the opposite way from home. Oh was that you on the phone? Sorry he is new, we do not have those. Serious bad language
