Got a 2-hr massage from Ray after going for a couple years without getting massages. I’d had back pain for weeks, to the point that I had to do something. The massage was excellent and felt sooo good, but even better is that my back pain is almost completely gone today! I seriously can’t believe it! Ray was good about checking with me on desired pressure. Room & table were very comfortable. Front desk staff was lovely too!

Removed my earlier positive review from a year ago.. there is a great chiropractor, however so much pressure and selling where they won’t just let you make your own decisions. I wasn’t comfortable doing an adjustment as I’m pregnant but came in just for a massage. Not only were they 45 minutes late- they wouldn’t let me back to start the massage until I was sat down by the chiropractor to lecture me on why I was so wrong about my decision. Was so uncomfortable and condescending. No one, especially when pregnant should be pressured to do something they don’t feel 100% good about doing

I have regularly used massage therapy to address my pain and stiffness for about a decade. Having recently moved to Austin finding a new therapist was high on my priority list. With covid I had found it very difficult to get appts and take the time necessary to interview. Boy am I thrilled to have stumbled upon Deep Relief on, of all places, social media! The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot your name) was super nice and attentive. This was my first massage ever and I wanted to target my neck, shoulder, and back. I had Erin for a deep tissue massage and she was amazing! She knew all the right spots at the right pressure. She talked me through it and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Before, I was not able to sleep because of my neck pain. She recommended that I stretch and do yoga after the massage and I did that and had my best sleep in weeks! Would recommend this place to anyone!

SO EXCITED TO HAVE FOUND THIS PLACE! it's right around the corner and it's totally awesome. Got a massage from Austin, was the best I've had and I've gone to some really nice spas recently. This was better. Some points I didn't even know we're there which helped my shoulder a LOT!!! They have a really good "pressure system" where you control the pressure they use throughout. They have the ability to do a very deep tissue or not at all and they don't charge extra for deep tissue like most spas.

Today was my 2nd time at Deep Relief and I am hooked!! My first time was a massage with Tana and it was amazing. She knew where all of my problem spots were and told me all the different stretches I could do to help with my issues. My appointment today was with Dr Pia for nutritional counseling and energy work. She was so smart, attentive and full of knowledge. I know she's going to change my life!! Do yourself a favor, come here and try everything!

Dr Sean Tipton is the best! I have a tendency to be cautious when considering any medical/ physical treatments, including spinal manipulation, but Dr. Sean immediately put me at ease, explaining everything he was doing. Most importantly, he was able to completely eliminate the neck pain I had for over a year (that was non responsive to medication, acupuncture, massage, and pharmaceutical treatments). I was shocked that the issue went away fully after just a few treatments. Dr. Sean is the only chiropractor I trust and feel comfortable going to and I am so so so glad I found him!

I was in a considerable amount of pain this morning and she was able to ease that discomfort while providing great insight into the cause and steps to further alleviate it. They do a great there. I have major shoulder and neck issues. It got really bad and I put off fixing it because of covid. But I needed relief. 3 massage therapist told me there was nothing they could do so I decided to try dry needling. It was instant relief. I was amazed at how loose my shoulder was after. Definitely going back!

I've been dealing with some serious neck issues for about 1.5 weeks. The kind of pain that keeps you up at night because you just can't seem to find a position of sleep that allows you to be comfortable. I was deseperate. Had a few chiropractic adjustments during the week with mild relief but the pain would come back at night as soon as my head hit the pillow. Desperate, with finally having a day off (Saturday), I luckily stumbled across her profile on yelp. She was able to see me that afternoon. I tried dry needling for the first time after 2 1/2 weeks of being in pain. I got injured lifting at the gym. I tried everything from ice, heat, chiropractor twice, massage, and even 4 sessions of Airrosti. Nothing worked. I went into Deep Relief, had one session and was cured! I was little nervous about it being painful at first but all I felt was a small pinch then immediate relief. I am going back in for my second appointment today for a different area that has been bothering me for years. I will post a follow up review after!

Louisa gave me the best massage of my life! She found places I didn't know existed and worked them like crazy. Definitely a more rigorous massage than most, but she will tailor the depth of the manipulation to suit you. I went for the nearly torture option- I am still sore two days later, but I also feel WAY better than I ever have after a massage. Usually, I would feel good the day of the massage, and then be my old self thereafter. Not so with Louisa......she is definitely my go to masseuse from now on. Very knowledgeable and thorough.

Louisa is totally amazing! She was able to make space for me same-day when I was 9 months pregnant and had strained several muscles in my back and side. She was incredibly professional, and it is clear that she has a tremendous breadth of experience and passion for what she does.
