Worst first impression ever!!! The man who answers the phone is so rude and has no idea how to speak with potential customers!! Multiple times in the matter of two phone calls he managed to belittle me and then to top it off when I accidentally called a second time (cuz you should ALWAYS have more than one quote for a job and I accidentally called his company again) he was super rude and told me to find another company and hung up on me!!! I would never do business with a company like this - his loss cuz this would have been a big job for his company!!!!

The owner doesn't really want my business, so ok. When I called the first time, I kept being asked who installed the gate I wanted repaired. I don't why that matters. I don't have the answer for that question. It was here when I bought the house. The estimator came out and we chatted about options. I told her the issues and asked for two estimates, one to repair and one to replace. She was nice, professional, and informative. I just called to see if my email address was incorrect since I didn't have an estimate yet. The owner answered and there was a mix up with what i like

Bought a 1/2 a yard for $150 which is ridiculous to begin. Problem started with my husband not answering his phone. How does this man (the owner) expect someone to answer their phone when they are pouring concrete and busy. So because my husband didn’t answer the phone when the owner called him he wanted to charge my husband another $100 for “being late” and not answering his phone. Then he decides to give my husband a break because he is the owner..lol and ends up charging my husband $500 on his card. Well thanks for your terrible customer service it goes to show how some people aren’t

I read the reviews on Yelp and was prepared for not so good service. I was pleasantly surprised by the service that I did get from John and Frank. They know fences and stock most parts for the do-it your self'r like me. They are also happy to give advice.
The receptionist answering the phone is kind of harsh, but if you ask her questions, she will connect you with the people that know and can help.
If you are in need of ready mix cement, they have trailers to haul it with to get your project done.
I think they also rent post diggers to make your fencing job go easy and smooth.

Dear Delta Fence, I am so sorry that i did not know what the part was called and had to describe it. I can definitely see why this place has only one half star. I have dealt with them on four different occasions and each time they were so freaking rude. You ask them a question about what you are trying to build and they make you feel like a dumb a**! I will not go back no matter what. I will drive where I have to, to get what I need. These people need some customer service training.

I try to support local business when possible. I called Delta fence to discuss a DIY project I was working on and had the unpleasant experience of speaking with Frank. I explained the scope of my project and how I was going about it and he made me feel like an idiot. He is very condescending and rude and at the end of the day just doesn't come across as someone I'd like to support.
Their pricing is absolutely ridiculous too. I got the same material for a third of the price online.
