Develops and implements programs, services, and networking opportunities to showcase new technologies and best practices to builder and associate membership. This active council plans, promotes, and runs yearly networking events. This volunteer-based council is a fun & easy way to start networking, and learn the inner-workings of HBA.
The New Orleans Education League of the Construction Industry (NOEL) provides and shares the expertise of industry professionals affiliated with the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans. Our mission is to provide cutting edge information, comprehensive education, research, and charitable offerings to the building industry, consumers, and our community at large through our unique 501(c)(3) non-profit corporate structure.
