I usually do not do reviews, but after using this company twice over the past year I had to praise them. They are a great company to do business with. The were on time as promised, and were very professional. The driver was very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It is hard now a days to get a company that really cares about their customers, but this company does. Thank you again for the excellent service.

This is the guy you want showing up if something is wrong! He was knowledgeable, professional, got the job done so fast, and he was an absolute joy to be around! So friendly, so efficient, would definitely be happy to see him again if the car had an issue! (But let’s hope that doesn’t happen….)

I would like to give a big shout out to Wild Mike. He was so professional. First he made sure we were safe. He then proceeded to make a bad night so much better with way of taking care of the customer first. If you ever need a tow I would highly recommend calling Eddie B Towing.

My wife and I were caught off guard when her Prius vbroke down unexpectedly at a red light in traffic in a snowstorm everybody in town seemed to be too busy when we called around. Spoke to a friend he gave me the number to Eddie B's towing. These guys were great in the middle of a snow storm with freezing rain and a million tows on the books. They were to us within 35 minutes and then insisted we wait in our car until our ride showed up. So that we didn't have to stand out in the weather and waited with us, great guys fast courteous prompt service reasonably priced will definitely call

I received a towing from Eddie B wrecker services by Edmund Bruedle @ 6:00 pm November 3, 2019 and I have to say the service of the towing and operator was A-1 perfection and his time and care of my vehicle while loading onto the tow truck was superb. I highly recommend Eddie B Towing services they are #1 in my book. Called and they were able to assist me on a SUNDAY! And their response time was excellent. Waited no longer than 20 minutes ! They are right in Rochester and share the business lot next to C&G auto behind Dunkin Donuts on Milton Road, Rochester.
