American Garage Door was very prompt with the issues we were having with our garage door. The repairman was there when he said he would be and was back the very next day with the part that was needed to get our door operating again. We were in the loop the whole time with everything that was going on. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for garage door repair work.

I called this company Monday to set up an install. The owner said ‘ I will have my associate cal you tomorrow am to set up a time’ I explained to him. That when the install was to take place that they could go… through the garage door to access what they need to. Tuesday came and went with no call. I was busy with family so I decided to call Wednesday. Wednesday am I am at the gym and see a n odd missed call. I called it back and it was the garage door tech stating he was at my house IN my garage... I did not tell the owner that was okay, we never set up a time OR day. I told

Clint, the garage door tech/installer did a super job. Very knowledgeable about his job in garage door installation A very hard worker and very polite in answering ALL questions. If you want a garage door installed. This is your man. He DON'T believe in doing a half job and he didn't. Matter of fact the garage door got tested from this last tropical storm. It was 100% sealed from the front, top to bottom and side to side,NO water leaks. Thanks American Garage door!!!

I made an appointment with them to get a quote for a garage door repair. They did not show up or call to let me know what was going on. When I finally called to see if they would be coming by, they apologized profusely and said they thought the office had called to let me know they were delayed. We set up another time for them to come by, and guess what happened... That's right! Another no call no show. I cannot speak to their work, this review is solely on their customer service.
