This apartment complex is nothing like I’d expect it. Very loud and obnoxious late at night no respect to the complex and peoples sleep! Water constantly turns off and loses hot water, infested with bugs, roaches etc. Our gate is broken and we’re paying $1765 for a complex that has a gate that doesn’t even close! It’s ridiculous the dishwasher doesn’t even really wash our dishes. Not very nice things I can say about this place he gym is decent and the pool is alright but otherwise don’t move here do your research because I didn’t do mine and that’s on me! Also there’s 0 parking

Been living here for about a year and never had issues with noises in the complex. Until a couple months being moved in. Two residents on the building next to ours are every loud and are not always respectful at night time. Especially the people living in the bottom floor. I’m surprised no one has came to talked to them yet. I see why people have noise complaints. As I’m typing this, they are currently bumping loud music and being obnoxiously loud. Please literally do something about people being so loud at night or enforce something. So many issues with bugs in the apt too. Until then, I am

I've been a part of this community at Softwind Point for more than a few years. I've had the opportunity to move to more luxurious apartment communities many times. But I chose to stay put right here at Softwind. Why? I have at least 10 reasons but will only give 3.
# The peace and quietness that rules this community 7 days a week. Yes, even on the weekend when you expect it to be a bit noisier

This apartment complex lacks security and always has their gates open because they're broken all the time. On Friday (1/29/2021) someone stole my Honda CRV either over night or early in the morning. Unfortunately, the apartment does not have cameras at the gates and management were not helpful about the situation. This has been extremely stressful situation and I just want people to be aware and vigilant about the suspicious activity that happens inside this apartment. My car is brand new and purchased just last year. I've posted a photo of it in hopes that someone has any leads as to what happen
