Earlier on in my career life, I had quite a variety of work experiences, not really knowing what would be a good fit for me, or what I wanted to do. I did know that I wanted to help others in more profound ways than my job offered. What I discovered with my massage career was that it also brings much peace to me while I am working, gives much relief to my clients, and provides a professional, safe and focused massage.
Integrative Massage is the application of various hands-on techniques to treat a client's specific areas of dysfunction during a massage session. Active or passive movement of the joints may also be part of the massage. Each session is customized to the individual's preferences and areas of concern.
As a person suffering from chronic kidney disease, bouts of depression and anxiety issues, I highly recommend this to anyone; for any reason. Not only does it heal the body and mind, but the spirit as well. I went into it with open eyes and an open mind. It was truly a life-changing experience. To make the most of your massage session, it is recommended that you remove all clothing and jewelry, with the exception of underpants. You will be properly draped during the entire session, with only the area being worked exposed. The practitioner will leave the room while you undress, relax onto the table and cover yourself with the provided clean sheet and/or blanket.

First, I apologize because I am late on writing this review! During spring break. my family and I spent the week in Sugar Mountain! We love the mountains, and where glad to be there again! My wife is a middle school principal, and this has been a hard year. Upon arriving in Sugar Mountain I Googled massages in the area and read many reviews, and I chose Healing Oasis to book for my wife. In her words, "Casey was amazing". Took my husband for his first massage ever. Casey gave me a massage and was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and personable. Don’t remember the name of the staff that worked on my husband, she also was great and made my husband feel comfortable.I would recommend healing oasis to anyone looking for a great massage for a great price. The office doesn’t look the best from the outside but once inside it is beautiful and welcoming.

I am a therapist myself and have personally learned a lot from her about working with the human body with compassion and focus.
She is not one to skimp in the session and listens to your needs while offering a friendly and laid back atmosphere.
Always quick with a joke to break the ice, Casey Allen is awesome.
In the session she also offers hot stone and aromatherapy as well as cupping for no extra price. Highly recommend!

Casey was great and made me feel very comfortable during my first ever massage. Very friendly and professional, and made sure to explain in detail what to expect and go over the options for the massage since I was unsure of what type of massage I needed and all of the details that went along with it. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the area for another massage. Highly recommended, thanks Casey!
