Training For Warriors Keene
Any gym can have the equipment and offer workouts. What separates the TFW system from other training programs is its culture. TFW defines a warrior as anyone prepared to work hard, develop oneself, and take on his or her particular challenges in life. The fun and exciting workouts of the TFW system are designed to help you develop the muscular strength and mental fortitude needed to take on those challenges and reach your fitness goals.
Services
Although TFW encompasses signature warmups, speed training, strength training, endurance training, flexibility work and nutrition, the most important component of the system is its motivational approach and family environment. At TFW, we know if you don't have fun and enjoy the training, you won't do it.
After over a decade of use by many of the top fighters in the world. We realized you don't have to be a fighter to use the Training for Warriors strength and conditioning (cardio) system. A Warrior is defined as someone that is ready to work hard to develop themselves in the effort to battle their particular challenges in life.

Well at 65 yrs of age, I was starting to put on a little weight, especially during Covid. Although I did belong to a Gym, where I had gone 5 days a week during my Lunch and used the treadmill for 45 minutes daily, I was not losing consistently. In October my Gym had an Electrical Fire and was closed due to the extensive damage. I found Training for Warriors on Facebook as they had a special going on for a 4 week program. My daughter had done this program and raved about it With some Trepidation, I joined. The 1st night I got weighed and they have a machine that actually measured my body composition

The trainers are amazing & knowledgeable & funny; the sense of community there is wonderful; the environment is clean, accessible and well-rounded in terms of equipment offered - I love this place, and it's definitely helping me achieve my personal fitness goals!

One will not find a more effective fitness program than TFW Keene. Dan is the best coach I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of coaches. His expertise, motivational skills and kindness will get you where you want to go, regardless of where you are now.

Dan and Dave are skilled, compassionate, and welcoming teachers. TFW Keene welcomes members at all stages of fitness, from beginners to experienced athletes. It's a friendly, noncompetitive place to meet your own fitness goals. Lots of class times and great individualized attention! Plus there's a robust online /social media community that cheers each other on.

I love everything about this place. The energy, the structure. Dan is a motivating and energizing force, and is great at communicating all we need to know. If you are someone that needs structure to reach your goals. This is the place for you! The best part is that you grow at your own pace. It isn't how much you do compared to anyone, it is how much more you do for yourself. P.S. His daily stories are also motivating and fun!!

I am getting more than I ever expected out of Training for Warriors. I have been blown away from the personal results I have achieved. Getting super direction and instruction from our leader. I finally decided… to try eating healthy and exercising, and guess what?...I'm losing weight and feeling strong and inspired....see? I cannot say enough good about this program. Thankful I found it.
