Our A/C had been freezing off and on for a few days. We could not get the temperature below 73 before the freezing started and then we would have to shut the system off for several hours. When we are stuck at home during a pandemic, with outside temps increasing daily, we need our A/C working. Called West-O-Plex and they got us in on the same day. Jason was very professional, honest, and great customer service. He explained the issue thoroughly, answered all our questions, and fixed our unit! Our A/C is working beautifully again and cooling in no time. Thank you so much for all your help!! Highly

SUCH A HELP! Excellent service. Jason was friendly, thorough, and efficient. He checked a couple of the usual culprits, explained everything, and had it running cold on the same day! I so appreciate the company and will return when it’s time to upgrade the unit. And the owner was also friendly and helpful when we traded calls early this morning!

I needed a complete AC redo. Not only did they do it properly, half of my house vents were in floor other half was in ceiling which was a problem trying to have air go from 1 side of house to the other, so they fixed it correctly moving all vents to the ceiling (which I prefer). I'm pretty sure my electric bill will be much better this summer. If you need AC/Heating work and you call anyone else hopefully you get lucky, if you want to know it's done right at a fair price call these guys.

Everything was great, very professional..I would recommend to anyone. This was my first experience, & it was top notch. Jason, Took time to explain things well in a friendly manner , but also did super speedy work. Just outstanding customer service all around & Looking forward to being a long time customer. We called West-O-Plex last night because our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. The owner, Mark, was at our house within 20 minutes and was able to tell us exactly what was wrong, what to tell our home warranty company, and what to expect next. Today, he replaced the broken part on our air conditioner quickly and for a great price. The service was fantastic, and Mark was very courteous. We hope we won't have another A/C problem anytime soon, but if we do, I know who we're calling!

These guys are awesome! They've done work at my home, my aunt's home and our family business and they have done really good work. Mark's experience and knowledge is obvious and Jason does good work. One thing negative is that they had to order a part but told me it would be fine to run the a/c in my house till the part came in.... well apparently not because my a/c went out again 2 days later and now I'm stuck with no a/c for 3 of the hottest days of the year not cool ( literally). I definitely would still recommend West-O-Plex though.
