I would never go back to this Trash hole. it is unimaginable to think that this front desk guy by the name of Jonathan that's very condescending has more pull or more in line with the tax preparer which they gang up and high 5 each other for talking to clients rudely as if this was some type of vertu then the client itself which pays all their bills collectively. at the end I had to cancel my tax preparation with taxperts

Alicia was very friendly, and so knowledgable about everything with filing my taxes! She was super quick and very clear with what I needed to do. I emailed her at 5:30 PM on tax day (presumably her busiest day) and she made sure to get back to me the same evening. Definitely going back for all my tax needs! 10/10

First off, our accountant Luis was wonderful, courteous, professional and performed his duties fast and efficiently. But unfortunately the receptionist Jonathan’s professionalism needs work, the amount of arrogance this man has is insurmountable. I couldn’t get a word in edgewise. Feels like silencing women is something he is way to comfortable with. While his words were “professional” they were condescending in nature and delivered with ornery. Maybe I caught him on a bad day but either way it calls for the attention of his employers, after all he is the first face you see when entering

Alicia has been by far the best Accountant that I've ever used! She was so helpful setting up my business. Her employees are very knowledgeable with issues whenever I cannot speak with her personally. I will never use anyone else but Taxperts!!! I would highly recommend for buisness taxes, personal taxes, and business set up and consulting.

Alicia King has helped my father and step-mother with their taxes and was so helpful and patient with them. They had a lot of questions with just entering retirement. I actually switched to Alicia myself with both my personal and business taxes after I saw how helpful she was with my parents. She really went above and beyond what my previous CPA was doing and saved me more in taxes with my refund check from the IRS.
