We are a full service, licensed North Carolina new home builder specializing in understanding your goals and providing experienced designers, project managers, and builders to execute your vision. From a small 1200 square foot home, to large homes on the water- we have the ability to cater to your needs, budget and expectations.

Prior to the start of construction, you will meet with your New Home Coordinator (NHC) to select all your exterior finishes, review cabinet plans, and begin the interior design process. Once permit is received and selections have been signed, you will meet your construction team on site to review any plan changes, selections, site conditions, plot plan, as well as any other information pertinent to your build.
The Energy Star certification program added great value to our home building and construction process. There are many benefits of the program, and knowing that we participated in reducing impact to the environment is very rewarding. We are so happy and thankful we were able to find a builder in Carteret County that was able to support the construction of our Energy Star Home. - Crystal Hall.

Don’t do business with builders that don’t pay attention to detail. Especially Streamline. I attempted to write a review before but it didn’t get posted. Here’s some bullet points:
-nails on road
-irrigation issues
-landscaping issues
-unfinished plumbing (passed inspection)
-improperly wired lights (passed inspection)
-***horrible communication***
-countless issues with blue tape walk through
Owner of the companies communication skills are poor. Expect a 1 month+ delay. Cookie cutter townhomes, clearly rushed.
