Worked with Prestige Team (Mike, Allen, Austin, Mark, Shane). They were all awesome bunch to work with, extremely professional and timely response. Even though, we are in TN and had to get the work done there due to wreck, they were all very accommodating, knowledgeable on insurance side of things, and made it seamless for us. They kept us informed throughout the process, and even agreed to get us our vehicle after hours. Thank you Prestige Team. Highest recommendation- Call Mike, he will take care of it for you!

There are many reasons Precision Collision Services has lots of great reviews. After Googling repair shops, I chose PCS to handle the repairs to my 2013 Toyota Yaris after I was rear-ended. My anxiety was high going into it since it's been over 20 years since I had an auto accident. Mike Allen, their Customer Experience Specialist, walked me through the process and clearly explained repair timeframe, how payment would be billed/collected from insurance, and their thorough process of evaluating damage.

We tore the front bumper off our car just before a trip to WV. We needed it repaired before we could travel. Mike worked us into his schedule, repaired our car, allowing us to make our trip. He was great, very professional and knowledgeable of what repairs were needed. The cost was also very reasonable.

Our Garage door didn't go all the way up and radio antennae was broken off and scratched the top of our Honda CRV. Mike was so nice, very professional, and the time line was spot on. He promised to get it done in four days and he did. I would recommend Prestige Collision.

Prestige Collision was amazing! I needed to have my back door replaced and they made the process incredibly easy. Alston did my estimate within minutes and explained every step of the process. When it came time to drop my car off for the repair, Mike was incredibly helpful with all of the forms I needed to complete. Over the course of 7 business days, which was the exact amount of time it was estimated to complete the repair, I spoke with both of these gentlemen several times. I was kept up to date on the status of my car every step of the way. In the end, the estimate Alston gave me was right
