Located directly on the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, sits one of the largest three story structures that has graced the shores of Anna Maria Island since 1925. Nestled among the tall pine trees and Florida foliage, this home was built of coquina-block shell walls and pecky cypress wood for floors, ceilings and doors.

Our sister company, Island Real Estate now manages the Dodt house so everyone can continue to come visit Anna Maria Island. All have living rooms and dining areas, free Wi-Fi and fantastic direct Gulf views.
These newly renovated Bungalows are now offered by our sister company Island Real Estate Vacations and are designed to be your "home away from home". The Bungalows are fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, kitchen appliances, linens, bath and beach towels plus a washer and dryer. The units are a short walk from the sugar white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.
