Prior to the pandemic this place was awesome... However, scince then they have fallen off in terms of service... Upon entering the restaurant this visit 9/12/21 we were warned by the waiter our wait would be long...We were not expecting 90 minutes.. Mac and cheese was horrible but the rest of the food was palletible ...Very disappointed 😞😞WARNING DANGER 90 MINUTE WAIT AVOID IF YOU ARE HUNGRY!!!!

My experience at Pinnacle Catering could have been better if little changes were not such a task,ie switching waffles for girts or allowing your party planner to arrive 30 minutes earlier to set-up so guest will not walk in awhile their setting up..small things. It takes more then having good food to make a successful business. Customer service, ATTITUDE and working with a customer is KEY. Last event we will have at this place. So much for supporting small businesses.

Service terrible. If I could give ZERO stars, I would!
Brunch from 2-5pm and a buffet is set up at 4:55pm when plated service was paid for! Only 1 bartender for 40 people, who also had to stopservingthe cash bar to serveon the buffet line. No water or soda pitchers on the table. Paid for sangria, but it didn't start getting served until after 4pm. Spoke with owner and his attitude was atrocious! Guests unhappy. Food is ok, but the service isn't worth the trouble.

Went there for a party of about 50 people, they knew about this party at least 1 week in advance and they were not prepared. Our party started at 2pm our orders were not taken until 3:30 all of the tables received their food at all different times. By the time the last table got their food the first table was done for a good 20 mins. This party included rum punch and sangria but was not placed on the tables until 4 pm. Those drinks should have been on the table when the guests arrived. There was only one server for the party, bar, and dining room. This was not the fault of the server but the fault

From my experience their service was very poor they was hosting my private party plus their regular customers with only two staff members my server was the bartender the server for the party of and he was also serving their regular customers on the other side. It took over an hour and a half just for the first table to receive their food. Each table received their food way too long after each other. When the last table received their food it was already time to go it was after closing time. The owner was not accommodating to anything had a very nasty attitude when I voice his quality of service
