We are a "Mom and Pop" company, headed by Mark VerSteegt and Lynn VerSteegt. We have been doing accounting and taxes since 1998. Mark Is an Enrolled Agent authorized to pre. Before the IRS and prepares all types of taxes from simple 1040 to partnerships, S corps, Trusts, Estates etc. He enjoys speaking with his clients and helping them with their many tax situations.

He manages our business, troubleshoots and keeps us up to date on technology (as well as he can) and all the most recent developments in taxation. If there is a problem he is a great person to at least help get started on the solution! Lynn is an Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) and enjoys accounting and bookkeeping of all kinds.
