The folks at Summit Realty do amazing work. We took over for an aging relative managing their properties and hired Summit to do the management and they have been incredible to work with. Both Ashley and Marna pay great attention to details and they have connections with service providers in town to get work done swiftly when necessary. They are very responsive to tenant needs, are firm and fair when necessary, and provide very detailed and timely information to the owner. We are lucky to have found Summit.

Summit Realty in Juneau provides excellent service in every way! I rented my home during three years away from Juneau and Summit Realty provided professional property management. I received monthly statements as well as frequent communication when I needed to check in. Questions were answered promptly and my "above and beyond "requests were always met with a positive response! In addition to providing support with new appliances, I was able to ensure that the yard and garden were in great shape, too. Juneau Summit Realty is the worst real estate management business I have experienced, and I've lived in many places and cities across the US. They handle their business unprofessionally, do not answer tenant phone calls or emails no matter how many times you try to contact them, and then give you a nasty attitude on the phone when you do finally get ahold of them. I know the management may be busy handling situations with other properties or selling properties, but don't be so focused on making money that you forget how to care for your tenants. Not to mention, most of the apartment rentals are

No response from anyone at their office in over a week after many phone calls while waiting on them to get respond to an application. Their last email was to get another roommate to finish their application (to pay them $40).
Update: They responded to us the day after posting this review. And to their response to this, no I am not interested in speaking with you, because I know it's just to get me to change this review. It's unacceptable to not respond to customers who are searching for a place to live, you left us waiting in the dark for just over a week.

Marna and her team have been so wonderful since my partner and I began working with them! They care for our property as if it were their own, respond to emails incredibly fast regardless if it's a weekend, and have excellent suggestions.
